I was able to schedule an appointment for a hearing test on short notice. I was treated with sincere respect, dignity, empathy and compassion. The exam was very thorough and Dimitri was highly professional in explaining the results. The staff was equally competent, friendly and caring. I highly recommend them.

What a great experience with Dimitri today; he went out of his way to help my Mom and provided her relief from her non functional hearing aids. Took the time to explain and repair the devices. Outstanding service, thank you.
