An exceptional first visit. Carrie was very personable, professional and explained how she could improve my hearing aids on the follow up visit (analyzing data captured when wearing). She was able to tweak the current settings which made an immediate improvement. Can’t wait for the next visit, thank you.

I had a great experience at the Hearing Center of Southwest Florida. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and the staff was courteous and transparent with any questions I had. The exam itself was thorough and Caroline was a wealth of knowledge who walked me through the whole process. I walked out the office with a much better understanding of my hearing issues and a game plan to get it fixed. Really looking forward to my next vist!

I just wanted to write a good review for this center on Oakfield Drive and their doctor Carrie Fortune. My mother warned me about getting my hearing checked, saying that they would just try to sell me something. I was very happy when she told me my hearing was fine and I thanked her for her honesty. She was also very kind, personable, and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

Friendly and helpful. Tried to fix a problem I had but were totally honest about what they could and couldn't do. I found that refreshing! No scams here, just great people to help you out.
