Demetre took time to explain what this visit would entail. He made me feel at ease during the hearing test. He went over all of the hearing aid options so that I could make an informed decision.

The exam was very thorough and Dimitri was highly professional in explaining the results. The staff was equally competent, friendly and caring. I highly recommend them.

What a great experience with Dimitri today; he went out of his way to help my Mom and provided her relief from her non functional hearing aids. Took the time to explain and repair the devices. Outstanding service, thank you.
